Saiful joined Progress Together in 2023, bringing expertise in operations, finance, risk, governance and Board assurance gained across the employability, recruitment and skills sectors. Drawing on his lived experience, he is passionate about championing talent over privilege. Outside work, he enjoys automotive culture, podcasts and continuous learning.
