How do we obtain your personal information?
We gather information about you when you provide it to us, or interact with us directly, for example, when you:

Sometimes, we may receive information about you from other sources, such as from your employer, if they are one of our members. For example, if your employer is one of our members, they may add your contact details to the member portal.
We may combine information that we have about you from various sources, including the information that you have provided to us.

- Job title, company name;

We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- contacting and interacting with you, including to respond to your queries and requests, and to send you helpful information and marketing communications including about events, and about our organisation. We will always obtain consent for marketing where required by law; and

On what basis do we use your personal information?

- For our legitimate interests including marketing, administrative communications and responding to your queries;

How long will we keep your personal information?
We will always keep your personal information for the period required by law. We will also keep your personal information where we need to do so in connection with legal action or an investigation involving Progress Together.

We will retain your personal data unless you request to be removed from our database, either through unsubscribing, or emailing info@progresstogether.co.uk
In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you. In addition, we may retain information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our terms and conditions and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
With whom do we share your personal information?
We share certain of your personal information with:
- MyKindaCrowd Limited, trading as Connectr, as the Taskforce and Progress Together Delivery Partner
- employees (which includes secondees) of Progress Together;
- personnel and other departments throughout Progress Together, including human resources, legal, technology services, security, accounting and internal audit;
- selected agents and suppliers, including those who provide us with technology services such as hosting and technical support; and
- certain sponsors and funding bodies to whom we are required to provide a report in relation to certain projects they have helped us to fund.
From time to time, we may also need to make your personal data available to other parties, such as:
- legal and regulatory authorities; and
- accountants, auditors, lawyers and other outside professional advisors.
We are committed to the security of personal data. We take appropriate security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. This ensures that only the necessary persons have access to your data, that access to the data is protected, and that our security measures are regularly reviewed.

Your rights
