Paragon Bank has shared how it is working to improve socio-economic diversity through a nine-month programme for employees.
The Paragon Ignite initiative has seen 50% of its mentees secure an internal promotion or change of role.
Focussing on underrepresented groups, including people from lower socio-economic backgrounds, the scheme offers support to individuals with the aim of developing potential and making the most of existing talent.
